Business Analysis Training

A business analyst is an important part of the corporate team, and the right training can help you stand above the competition.
A Certificate in Applied Business Analysis will help you stand out on any project team. The program takes place over the course of ten Saturdays, allowing you to earn your certificate quickly and affordably.
Following the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) program, your classes will cover the six main knowledge areas in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guide. Presented in a practical format, you will be prepared to take what you have learned in class and apply it directly to your job. These knowledge areas include:
- Enterprise Analysis
- Requirements Planning and Management
- Requirements Elicitation
- Requirements Analysis and Documentation
- Requirements Communication
- Solution Assessments and Validation
The program is designed to help anyone from a novice professional to a corporate veteran expand their business analysis knowledge. Classes will consist of studying case studies, in-class exercises, and homework to help you practice what you have learned. You’ll also be given templates, samples, and checklists that you can bring to the office and start using right away.
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Certificate in Applied Business Analysis from Boston University, our affiliated college. This well-recognized certificate will be a valuable addition to your resume.
